Private investigators of our detective agencies are members of the International Police Association.
International Police Association - is one of the largest international non-governmental organizations, which includes in its membership not only acting, but also of retired police (militia) from various countries.
The reason for the appearance of this organization was the initiative of Sergeant Arthur Troup, who was an employee of the British police. After the Second World War he was in touch with other police officers from Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, as well as from Africa. The purpose of this correspondence was to exchange skills and experience.
It is believed that the organization was officially founded January 1, 1950. Was originally created by the British section of the International Police Association in the UK. And on June 6, 1997 officially became a member of the IPA national section of Ukraine. At this time, was organized by the Fifteenth World Congress of the International Police Association in Canada in Quebec.
Today in this organization includes more than three thousand police officers from sixty-four countries. In this regard, the organization is considered the largest of all, the members of which are not only the police, but the police and civil servants. It is also the only professional organization that can start any policeman, regardless of his status, position, origin, country of residence, religion and views. In addition, this organization is the Council of the UN and the Council of Europe. In this IPA is not a member any other political or trade union structures and is independent of them. But at the same time it is open for the police of any country that does not impose restrictions on its employees in relation to interaction with colleagues from other countries to be able to freely and openly share their experience and professionalism.
Everything else, International Professional Commission has been studying the history of the police agencies, is looking for new techniques in solving crimes, is closely monitoring the dynamics of the criminal world in different countries. Thanks to the work of this association in many police organizations carried out to implement the latest advances in technology that can contribute to more effective policing.
